    Hi

Another £1.15p for me today. I am determined that I will put £1 in every day, and then whatever change I can afford to put in as well. I have to hold some change back for bus fares, and have considered walking to save the pennies and lose the llbs........but its too cold, wet, windy, far, lonely.......any more excuses ??? :D

    See you all tomorrow.

My pot is a bit heavier today ....

£1.70 left over from my trip to the Newsagents :j

I have also taken the BIG step towards giving up smoking and have ordered my Nicorette Inhalator (to help me through) so providing I can keep it up I will have a lot more loose change floating about for my Pot ..... £5 a day more on my estimation!!

Still raiding the B/F's pockets too which is proving quite successful !!! SShhh

It's going to be just one single sad 1p for me today -found all on it's lonely self in the bottom of the drawer. Thought I'd found £1 as well -but on closer inspection it turned out to be a foreign coinicon9.gif On the plus side a NSD for me today, so didn't really have chance to increase my pottie wealth. DH isn't spending his cash either -just in case I sneak his pennies. Oh well in my pot my 1p goes........

  • Hi everyone - I need to be on here every night just to keep up with you all - I am so proud that I have managed to put 'something' in my pot every day - this is really helping me save.

Sorry Sparky and Stunty - I am still collecting most of mine around OH clothes, well he will just drop them on the floor wont he - so if something happens to roll out then it must belong to the pot!! If he is very good this year I pledge to treat him!

I have converted my son to collect Roadkill only thing is - he found 35p in one walk out whilst I only found 5p - he bought himself a tin and we now have a competition to see who collects the most by the end of the year - he was mentioning that winner gets all - not sure if this was such a good idea!!! but if it gets him saving then so be it!

    Take care all xxx

Just a quickie update as already posted my pot today, but DH just came back from walking the dog with a whopping 5p RK. He's now planning to train it (the dog:rotfl: ) to be a sniffer dog.
