    Hi everyone.
Think I must be the only person on here who has never found any roadkill, as far as I can remember...must look harder!

Nope... I'm also in the same boat! :( Have remembered to look a few times but normally forget when I'm out and about. Either that or am running late for work so cant slow down... :p

  • Hiya everyone, my pot hasnt had much action lately due to trying to cut down on spending, but my son has taken to nabbing pennies out of my brothers room to visit then leaves them lying around everywhere. I split it in three, some for ds1's piggy, some for ds2's piggy and some for my pot!!!!! its getting quite heavy now but resisting the urge to open it and count how much is in there!!!!!

    Part of the Furniture
Another small handful of coppers found when tidying up at home, oddly enough found in the same place as the last lot despite it not being a place any sensible person would leave change -the floor between a sofa and the back of a set of bookcases (where I tend to keep my boxfiles).
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

  • Afternoon all,

I found a penny when I was out this morning which went into the demi-john.

I have to confess as well that I have just counted it (because I'm nosy) and we have about £40 saved, so all in all not too bad.

I will not count it again as there won't be any surprise come Christmas.

    Hi....Purpletea.

There must be something in the air, because I have also given in to temptation and counted my tin...I have the grand total of £46.61p....Yipee.

I wasn't going to confess until I saw that you had, and decided to come clean.:o

I am now worried that once I have been in and counted it, that I may well do it again. I need a deterant........electrified wire around it......guard dogs.....an alarm system......any suggestions anyone, and how does everyone excercise their self control?

    Added £1.10 today.
