  • :hello: Hi everyone,
NSD for me i got LOADS of change from the bus the day before yesterday, like £4 in 20p's!! I'm going to have to keep hold of it though as i need to get a bus over the next couple of days...:p

OH and me are going for a meal with OH's dad's side of the family on Sunday. We're meant to be going to Bermuda sometime this year:beer: due to OH's rich uncle who died last year,:( he apparently did a lot for the Bermudan government so we're going to see what he did over there,... AND he left a substantial bit of money to my OH and he's meant to be getting some of it through on the Sunday. It would have all came through earlier but the Bermudan government had to rigorously search for the will etc.

It's a horrible way to gain money, but Dave(OH) feels very flattered as he didn't expect it so i'm happy/glad for him:D
Off to find some choccie as i have a craving (I didn't have dinner:rolleyes: )
    ..xx

It is very slow progress with my pot at the moment, but putting it down to the January blues.

Cold with sleet in Belfast tonite, hope it doesn't freeze before morning, not very good driving on the black ice.

    Hi everyone.
Think I must be the only person on here who has never found any roadkill, as far as I can remember...must look harder!

Our saving club at work started last week, does anyone else have one of these? They take money straight off your wage and keep it until December.
This year I'm putting away £25 a week, so my saving tins won't see much action now.

I did however work an extra shift on Friday night (came home smelling of Macaroni Cheese sauce _pale_) and the money earnt from that will all go into my tins.

Up to £33.29 - mainly because there seems to be a lack of coins over 50p here and we were given £2 in 20ps and 19p in 1p's in change over the weekend. OH didn't like it - but the pot did...:rotfl:
