Hi everyone, another good day for most of you, not bad for me either as hubby put £6.98 of mixed change on the table, saying. "Would you like this for the pot???"!!!! :j:D Bless him!

You add your other coins by all means JimLad, it's still money and not anyone else's. I'm so pleased we've provided a worthwhile distraction after the split, maybe there's another greater love waiting in the wings for you, hope so! We're slightly manic on here, you've been warned!:D .......You get your cash from yonks ago sorted for your pot too oopalah!....Well done Jordan! It's so good to hear things like that proving that it's not sheer greed that motivates us!!!
welcome to the thread Jim, sorry to hear about you splitting with your girl. Keep your chin up, we're a friendly bunch and it's great to have another guy on here to help back me and Sparky up when the girls get a bit fiesty!!! Lol.

And trust me, this place will help take your mind off things. I was single before starting the first Sealed Pot and some nice ladies on here helped me with dating advice, and now (thanks to advice from Sparky) I'm an engaged chap! Lol. Jeepers!

Oh yes, he's come along way since meeting all us girls, we've taight him a while new way of life, even managed to drag him into the 21 century! He kicked and screamed a lot but we got him here eh stunty??!!!;) :D

Hmmm, not doing too well on this challenge, I don't have any spare change! Because I also belong to the nsd challenge, it rather cancels this one out!

However, I did go out to lunch with a friend over the weekend and got £10 cash and today put £3.27 in the pot, but that's the first money in there for ages!

Still I'm doing well on the nsd......:D

  • Sorry, not been around for about a week. It s amazing how many postings go on in a short space of time. Ive been Lurking but not posting. My DH is being made redundant soIm afraid Ive been doing other things. He's going self employed so there are a lot of things to set up.

It has made me more determined to continue with this and my £2 coin saver challenges as much as possible just in case we have desperate times.

I havent a clue how much is in my sealed pots as they are well and truly sealed and not transparent. I thought that if they were solid I would 'forget' about them and not be tempted to spend the contents.

It sounds like everyone is doing really well though

    Keep it up Guys.

  • Hi everyone - can I please join in the fun.

I've been watching from the shadows for a while now so I know that I need to wait for Sue to sign me up and make me an official family member. I'd like a target of £400 for next Christmas.

Don't know how you do it Sue with over 600 family members to keep track of but you deserve a huge round of applause :T

    Thanks and Happy Clunking everyone.
