There's been quite a few clunks in my pots this week. Around £15.
My son spent a 50p piece other day, my daughter piped up dramatically "How could you!" :rotfl:Sealed pot challenge #5830 -
Evening All! 31 lovely pennies in my pottery piggy today. It's getting heavier so I'm hoping to transfer to a bigger piggy soon. DH is beginning to GUARD his loose change and pockets now -I think he has a secret hiding place for his little stash of coins -I'll be looking into that one very soon:rotfl: :rotfl: Have a good weekend!Sealed Pot Challenge 7 Member 022 :staradmin:staradmin:staradmin

Am i bad?
I counted my jar today, i had a terrible migraaine this morning and couldnt take anything for it obviously. The only thing i could think of to get me throught the pain was to reward myself by counting my jar when it had finally gone. It gave me light at the end of the tunnel.
About an hour ago when i was feeling better i counted it. Only the silver though not the copper or gold as theres too much copper and i couldnt be bothered by then.
I found it very theraputic and make me feel loads better, but i never kept a running total so i dont actually know how much is there. I think i just wanted to put it all into meaningful piles as it was about the only thing i had the energy to do.
But i did put in a £2 coin when i had finished. I had been saving it in my purse all week but decided to add it to my jar.
Hopefully there will be more tomorrow as im going shopping for some essentials.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!:T0 -

You're getting your daughter nicely trained purple_82 let's hope it rubs off on your young lad soon too!
Thanks a lot Shelley!! It does help!
Ah, I see princesswoo!I think we should be able to let that go and put it down to medical reasons, after all, expecting that little darling could, in a sense, be classed as one - couldn't it??
I'm pleased it gave you something to look ahead to and that you're feeling better now, though if you're at all like my hubby, you won't be feeling that much benefit until tomorrow. Too much excitement with thoughts of that precious that little one, no doubt. All the best for tomorrow, sleep well and wake refreshed.
Have a wonderful Sunday everyone, and please keep safe in the awful gales!
