rather embaressingly i almost fully lost my temper with a postie yesterday
i dont lose my temper often but when it goes its not something people want to be on the receiving end of
this was purely through dealing with !!!! ups and mismanagement

Lol! Thanks - as I'm sure you all realise, I meant to say he brings back anything of mine!!

Although having said that, due to being let out of the office later and later, he often cannot get into time-locked appartments, and because the office is closed from lunch time, he has to bring post home for safekeeping.

I honestly can't see it getting any better, and neither can any of the posties that I know - my personal belief is that they're gonna run it into the ground so they can sell it off to the highest bidder.
