Nominate POST OF THE YEAR for 2008
Options

-
As suggestions for Post of the Month have become quite scarce over the last year, we've decided this will be the last award. But to round it off, we've decided to make it POST OF THE YEAR. So if you've seen a post at any point in 2008 which you think is worthy of the £50 award, please let us know (obviously, posts that have won Post of the Month WILL NOT win Post of the Year).
As it's likely there'll be a mass of nominations please DO NOT SUGGEST A POST WHICH HAS ALREADY BEEN PUT FORWARD - repeated posts make the selection process extremely time consuming. If you would like to show your support for a nominated post, please click its 'thanks' button. Posts which repeatedly nominate something that's already been suggested may get disqualified for lobbying, so please read through the thread first.0 -

I have thanked on kazwookies post for pigpen for her flylady post every week.
She is a lady who every day takes time out of her large family routine to help us take care of ours. She compiles a list to not only help us have cleaner homes using old style ways but helps us plan for Christmas with hints of when to start shopping, write cards etc. She is always incredibly supportive if someone has a problem and offers realistic advice and virtual hugs. She has even shopped for us and posted things when we have been unable to get them ourselves and is one lady who, despite only knowing virtually, I would love to call a friend.
OOPS SORRY JUST READ POST 22 !!!
In addition to the above anyone who can have a fire in her kitchen, complete with the guys from Trumpton making a mess and then remember to post the thread for the following day with 'Dont laugh - CleanKitchen' deserves to winMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -

I agree with nominating the daily newspaper summary posts, but you cannot nominate nudge without nominating quoia - their daily posts are invaluable and surely jointly win posts of the year/month/day!

I don't know if I'm allowed to make muliple nominations, so sorry if I'm not, but I've just realised that I cannot nominate nudge/quoia for the daily newspaper summary without nominating R4pture for the Printable Money off Coupons & Policies Thread - where would we all be without our MOCs? (well I would be a bit poorer for a start!)
