BTW whats the christmas tree thingy on the front page? Im sort of lost, doesnt take much at the moment. I worked out that in 1 month I have worked overtime of a week, and its only going to get worse. Plus im not going to get paid for it, instead i have to take it off as TOIL, and I already have 14 days of holiday to carry across to next year making a total of 39days holiday next year. Somethings not adding up here.

Anyway I hope the ill ones are getting better, and your bumps pigpen.

    Hiya
I've put everything that isn't in it's place on the dining room table. The table seats 8 and at the moment only one can sit at it!!! Quite a lot of decluttering to do. Spotty pup has helped...everytime she picks something up that she shouldn't have I put it on the table. I'm going to clear that by the end of the day then DH can clean downstairs.

I'm having a mini panic right now. I got the paperwork for next week so it all seems official now. I know it's what I need/want but I'm worried, not about the operation but about how i'll be afterwards. Oh well, nothing I can do about it is there. I'm trying to look at it positively and think of all the reading I can do but I know i'll get bored. Right, going to declutter the table so I stop thinking.

    Hugs to all!!!

Aimee - that's a lot of holiday for next year....will they actually let you take it or don't you think they'll let you? Great if they do xx

    Afternoon.

    ZLS
    - glad to hear all going to plan, so by now, you'll be in and all should be well. Hugs.

Nikki - sounds like you're making some progress, so well done :T. Little by little and step by step.

All dailies done. :T Fudge made, my sister's vegetarian Christmas Dinner half made (will assemble it when I get back from college) and hedgehog made! Yeah! And the window cleaner's been.

Anyway, in case I don't get back tonight, here's my list for tomorrow:

    Vacuum floors in these areas
    Level Three
    Vacuum mattress
    Clean tops of drawers

Extra mission tasks: as always, try one or more of these
Spend 30 minutes doing something for you, anything you like, call it 'midweek me time'
Empty the top or bottom of your wardrobe, wherever you 'store' things, sort through it, clean wherever it goes, remove what shouldn't be there then replace what should be
Clean windows in the bedroom, make sure you wipe the sill too
    Clean doors including handles downstairs

    Leftovers:

Manic Monday - Kitchen, Utility and Dining Room/Area

Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round
Clean washer drawer, filters on the dryer, dishwasher and cooker hood filters
Extra tasks - if you want to do more:
Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps, a toothbrush is great for cleaning away the gunk!

    Extras
    Holistic Massage class at 6.00

Terrific Tuesday - Living Room, Den and Stairs
    Level Two
Vacuum and wipe (if needed) sofas
Dust any areas below eye level
    Level Three
Dust anything above eye level (if safe to do so)
Clear anything that shouldn't be where it is!
Wipe the bits next to the steps on the stairs.
Extra Mission Tasks - as usual try one or more of these
Check where important documents like passports, birth certificates, driving licences, medical cards are and make a note of where they are and if any need replacing, changing etc
Spend 15 minutes sorting paperwork, dealing with anything urgent NOW
Wipe down window frames in these rooms (inside) clean any marks from window
Clean out the vacuum cleaner, empty the bag/bucket, clean filters if they are washable MAKE SURE YOU DON'T PUT THEM BACK UNTIL THEY ARE DRY!
20 minutes ironing time to get that pile down, and make sure you put it away!

Thrilling Thursday - Study/PC area and Bathrooms

Extra tasks list: as usual choose one or more
Clear a hotspot, if it's bad at least spend 10 minutes on it
15 minutes paperwork filing/flinging. Deal with anything urgent now
I now need to get a wriggle on as I'm due in college at 6, so if I've missed any newbies, apologies and welcome. Hugs to anyone who needs or wants one (and for Pigpen too, coz even if I'm not special, she is! :p)
