Tried that, still doing it - starts with Martins head then turns into tn... very strange...
And everyone else has Martin - now I really feel picked onand I haven't got the recommend button GnB... ~~~goes off sobbing into snotty tissue~~~ Think I will have to go and report it... anyone know how?
Remember success is failure turned inside out
I love that poem...:D
Don’t Quit
When things go wrong; as they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As everyone of us sometimes learns,
And many a fellow turns about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out.
Don’t give up though the pace seems slow,
You might succeed with another blow,
Often the goal is nearer than,
It seems to a faint and faltering man;
Often the struggler has given up,
When he might have captured the victor’s cup;
And he learned too late when the night came down,
How close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out,
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems afar;
So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit,
It’s when things seem the worst that you must not quit.LBM April 2013 - £29,000.00Vanquis CC's PAID - Debenhams SC PAID - A+L OD PAID - Asda CC £783.75Barclaycard CC £1400.78 - BoS CC PAID - Freemans Cat PAIDF/D Loan & CC £1458.96 - Santander Loan PAID - Mum Loan PAIDRBS OD PAID - F/D OD £1026.52Weekly Grocery Challenge - £95.00 budget / spend £-0 -

:wave: Sleepy rubbish flylady popping in to say hi.
Been talking to 2 friends today who both needed support... as a consequence i am now supremely tired, and need to sleep, but have to go to do school run, and then sit at DD1 & DD2's piano lessons.... *yawn*
I honestly don't know how I'm going to stay awake!
Plus my lovely brother is over from Malaysia for a week, so he's coming over for dinner tonight. DH and I are committed to our alcohol free month, so this will be the first time we've had a 'dry' evening with my brother, we all usually just binge when we get together. It's no bad thing I guess, just different.
Ha, I might get the Articulate game out, that's usually good for a laugh.... woo hoo!!
Hugs to everyone that wants/needs them. Slllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeepppppppp.MMSSB Club Founder Member

Waaaah now you have me crying...thankfully due to snotty noses I have tissues handy!
But have managed to get tears over the keyboard, whoops!
Thought I'd do something active and actually walked with DD2 and the dog to get child. Saw when I got to the school it says no dogs allowed but just inside the gate off the road I left buggy and dog so they were both hidden. Feel a bit better having walked, really need to do some exercise to get more energy but it's a struggle finding the energy in the first place!
ashia...I was seeing one a few years ago now but I'm not sure how much I got out of it. I know that the things getting me down is money (although that should get a bit better with Mr G now back at work and doing overtime), my weight and back (I can't seem to get the motivation to loose weight) and the state of the house (still no motivation!). So those are all sortable I just can't seem to get in the mood to sort them at the moment! And just painkillers for my back, I did have something but I was up half the night feeling extremely sick on them which didn't help.
AnW'sMum...thanks. I know that the children being happy is the main bit but when they're getting told off for having messy rooms so they can't find anything I feel rather hypocriticalThe time when I want to tidy and clear is about 10pm at night but by then I'm so tired I may have the motivation but the energy has gone :rotfl: Think I might try and aim for two 15mins a day and build up from there.
Just feel really pathetic that I can't keep my house tidy! Organised is fine, cleaning is fine, clearing and tidying is where I come unstuck!Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

I 'think' there was a post some where on this site, a while ago, where Martin and his green jacket people wanted people to test something where you recommend a thread or something like that.
Did you sign up for that?
if not you must be special as you are the (well seem to be the ) only one with it!!

Gryfon Small steps hun till you feel a bit better. Even if you break things down into maybe a 10 minute slot. Start with just a small area and 2 items to put away. I know with kids its hard sometimes. I know what its like to just want to sit and cant be bothered or it all seems too much. Glad you felt a bit better after your walk. Big hugs and I hope you feel a bit better soon. You arent pathetic at all its just how you feel at the moment.0
