Have you thought about seeing a councellor (not the government type, the mind one) coz that what I'm doing (she says...I had one session) I'm finding it helpful coz it makes me think of the things that upset me, which I don't really like thinking about. If you didn't like the tablets, dont go on them again because that'll just be an added strain on your stress levels, but would it be worth asking if theres a differet type you could go on, if you doctors any good that is. Some really are dreadful, I hope your's is nice. I've no real personal experience with physical pain (longish term stuff, like your back) so I don't really know what to say with that one, are you on med's for that? God I'm a bit nosey really.

I can also play the violin, but only jaunty happy tunes for you honey, to get your energy levels up!!!!!!!!!

Hope you feel better soon and remember, men know nothing, it'll always be alright to them, coz we fix it all. We're just that good!!!

Gryfon I feel like you do a lot of the time. It gets to be a vicious self fulfilling prophecy doesn't it. I know when I am fed up I do 15 minute slogs and then change to do something else. Sometimes 30 minutes feels too long. Even in 15 mins you can achieve lots and it's 15 mins more than if you sit and do nothing. I am aiming to keep the bits that I have done clean and tidy (tidy being the difficult bit for me!) If I keep those sorted then I can start somewhere else. You have the most important job in the world IMO and that is being a mum. Everything else is secondary. The kids are not too young to rope in and give you a hand. Getting them to put dirty clothes readyfor washing or making their beds, help unpack shopping the list goes on.

I am not pretentding it's easy but don't let it get to you, your family and your health are the most importnant things everything else can wait

I just sieze the moment when I am in a productive mood (which is not that often!). Post what you do do and forget what hasn't been done. Remember sucess is failure turned inside out
