    Evening all

G&B - well done on the exam - I'm sure you'll have passed.
    Hugs to the sick people
Frankie - big hugs love...I hope things resolve themselves as easily and as non-traumatically as possible.
Emily - so pleased you like the bungalow and have accepted it. Hope your removal grant comes through!
Boddy - fingers crossed for your DD that this is a change that will stay!
Dusty - glad the advise is still relevant! Hope you're OK hun and are on top of things
Mudbath - nice to hear from you again. Sorry about the illnesses and the car and everything...

Drive into work was fine though I suspect someone may have been looking after me. It didn't appear, or feel icy, and I didn't take it particularly slowly but later on the local news were talking about terrible ice on the last part of my journey  I WILL take it seriously slowly tomorrow morning. We are forecast rain of all things, in temperatures of -1deg C (quite how that works, I don't know!) so there will be more ice in the morning.

I'm officially brain dead this evening. I was on a training course for the system I'm going to be working on for the next few weeks and it was a lot to take in all in one day. But, it was very, very useful.

STILL don't know where I'll be working on Monday. It's all gone deathly quiet at the other site since my line manager's email yesterday.

But, I came home to the lovely smell of beef stew in the slow cooker (I actually planned ahead last night!) so we'll be having a reasonably early dinner then I need an early night I think.

  • Soappie, be careful - those roads sound bad...

DS is currently moaning because he has to finish his bedroom.... honestly, there must be about 5 things to put away then just dust and vacuum... If you hear on the news later about a teenager being murdered in his own bedroom in Basildon later - you know who it is!!!!

Dog food has now been purchased when DS was in a good mood (about 5 mins before he found out he had to do his room first...) and puppydogs fed and watered again now...

Not much else done except paperwork, so am going to go downstairs and do that now I think...

Anyway, for those of you with likkle kitty kats, thought you might appreciate these... (and for those of you like me who just think they're cute...)

Me too, I have it on the cupboard in the office/spare room, it does help get things back into perspective eh, although sometimes I have been known to swear at it if it catches my eye at the wrong time... it's a bit too right IYKWIM and you don't want it to be...;)
