Justamum...I have my fingers crossed it works! Also hoping that I don't have to pay for it as well

Surely it's covered by the NHS? Or don't you have the NHS there?

Nooo no NHS here! I've got insurance (which is hideously expensive for me and the children) and whilst they cover doctor appointments I'm not sure if they cover things like injections.

Hmmm maybe I should just go shopping and grab something...anything! Poor DD2 is getting nothing from Santa at the moment :o Might see if my parents can have them all tomorrow for a couple of hours and then go shopping.

  • Who's your supplier Toots, can't they do something about it? That's really bad and is down to them surely?

When you loose the connection, where you have right clicked, why don't you copy from those tabs onto a word doc and then save that doc on your desktop or somewhere so that when you re-boot you still have the info? or does the computer just freeze completly?
its Tiscali flower. i thought it was my old pc??? not able to cope??? I could do what you suggest and save to a word doc but sometimes its not until I press submit message key that I find out the connection has died so I lose the post! And sometimes it wont open up the tabs that I have collected so i cant save them!! It is really infuriating! I can only leave my internet on if its on the site or the thread - if i was to go to the loo say and I was on bbc news or anywhere I would have lost the connection by the time I came back same goes for emails - cant leave it on my inbox!
    Peace will be mine

Oh bother, I don't feel better now :rotfl: I delete most of the spam ones straight away on most of the accounts, it's just keeping the stuff I like I am bad for :o

Well I'm ignoring my hotmail account which is where I tend to hoard emails...which I really should clear out :o More important though is getting rid of all these SPAM ones.... after spending 30mins putting DD to bed I have got down to 37290:D

  • Hi,

Hope everyone is well and welcome newbies/returners. So far today I've done errands, laundry and tried to sort out what I need to do tomorrow, as I'm going to show my parents the bungalow, and make a list with my dad of what needs doing. My aims for the rest of the evening are to do more laundry and washing up

    Blimey! I'm in SHOCK

I was pottering about in the kitchen and DS came through and took the roll of kitchen towel saying "<littlest cat> has just yakked up in my bedroom". He then proceeded to wipe it up, put it all in the bin and then delve in the kitchen cupboard under the sink for some disinfectant type stuff. Which he has now applied to the soiled area.

Ladies, this is unprecedented! I may have to go lie down in a darkened room for a while to get over it all!

    Hello - it's the weekend :D

I've done a little flying tonight - I put in my repeat prescription and made doc's appt., made dinner and washed up! I am going to have a laze on the sofa and do a bit of cross stitich after I've caught up with the thread.
