Which Credit card companies still have call centres in the UK?

Last year i had the most horrendous experience with Sky, they suddenly decided to backdate a charge on my account for 18 months, then take it all at once through my direct debit. After spending 2 hours on the phone to a UK call centre, then another hour the next day, i was transferred to an Indian call centre. (they deal with Skytalk billing) The lady who dealt with my query understood immediately what had happened and refunded the payment taken in error, she also told me (i never asked for any compensation) that as i had been messed about for so long she would waive my next months payment and reduced the following 2 months to half price. Not one person in the UK call centre could give me any information about why this had happened. Fantastic service.
If you speak to a foreign call centre and you don't understand them, be polite and tell them, and ask to speak to a supervisor or a UK based operator, there's no need to be rude really, they're only doing their job. Some UK operators are really difficult to understand !0
