I have to admit I have been getting my hopes up a bit too much though.0 -
Well, the worst than can happen is she says 'no' and whilst that can hurt a bit, I don't think anyone has been mortally wounded by the word.
On the other hand, she can say yes and you could end up being friends and maybe more for a very long time! For all you know, she could be standing there, waiting every day for your happy face to come in and hoping today will be the day you finally get up the nerve to ask her out.
