That's my theory !

Mine is a transfer in, I was told 60 days, but now they are saying 30 days. My daughter's is also a transfer in, she has been told 30 days.

Oh well bang goes that theory but I was told 60 days and have it in writing. Plus 60 days makes more sense for a transfer. I have never managed to do a transfer in within 30 days usually a fair while longer !
