Hi
We're still here.... still together and very happy - despite what some of you might have thought. We still budget week on week and are savvy with our shopping , in fact my husband is worse than me now!

I was just thinking about this yesterday!
Caseya, are you still aiming to pay off the mortgage as soon as? If so, where are you at now?

Hi
Well, we are still out of debt which is always nice in these uncertain times, and working towards our mortgage. After the programme we took some much needed 'moneysaving' time off to update the house, as I am sure you can imagine it was 2 years of tough times and you can only sustain that for so long before something has to give. We went on a well earned holiday to Florida, paid for in cash and using every trick in the book to make it as cheap but still enjoyable as possible. 2009 will see us getting back into the saddle to chip away at the mortgage again and just get thru the recession as best we can.1 -
So brilliant that you responded and that you are still moneysaving and yet having fun. Well done. Happy 2009.0

Well, it’s amazing. The miracle has been done. Hat’s off. Well done, as we know that “hard work always pays off”, after a long struggle with sincere effort it’s done.
