TV times says you had a good year so looking forward to seeing your episode Andy. Were you pleased with your show when you had the preview?

I would like to add my congratulations to the casey family saving £30K in two years is a huge achievement and thankyou for sharing it with us, hope you have a fab holiday.

Overall dispite some niggles I think its been an inspiring show to watch and would love if they repeated the experiment perhaps over a longer period.
  • We all met up in London because Rene being the good guy he is, threw a party for all the families and BBC crew to celebrate the completion of a 2 year experiment. A private screening of the series was shown. We all watched a compilation of highlights from each episode, so I haven't seen the full finished episode. What I would hope for is that you find the episode to be entertaining, fun and inspiring. Absolutely everyone that Jeannie and I worked with were lovely. The same as Sean and Anne Marie, I wouldn't hesitate to do this again. When filming began I genuinely had only known my partner Jeannie a short time, so for us this is a wonderful home video. I hope you enjoy the last episode. As for Sir Cliff, I hope you have a sense of humour!
  • It's great to see a few "stars" of the show on this board.

    Just a quick question:

There seem to be two people missing. Firstly there was the ballet dancer fella who seemed to be doing very well by organising boxercise classes in local schools. Also, there was a couple who had their photos taken for a same-sex marriage brochure and also organised an art show.

If the episode on the 22nd featuring Andrew is the last in the series, when do we find out what happened to the rest of the participants?

I think the final episode is going to be showing the final 3 couples - so hope the prog comes across as well as the previous ones.

We're going to be the proud owners of a new house (and mortgage) from next Friday so I'm hoping for some inspiration!
  • Damn...forgot about this till now. Did they do it?

    Anyone know if it's repeated?
