Someone isn't going to take on a 100% mortgage when they think they might not have a job. Look at the time it takes from a lender starting repossesion procedings to it actually going to auction and then ending up in the stats - 6 months easy. It isn't like flicking a switch, with something as iliquid as property it takes time for any change to work its way through the system. If you want to believe otherwise then that's fine, I'm just telling you you'll be disappointed.

He mocks people who have been more reckless with their money, but I have to say that given the choice between !!!!!!'s solitary and strooge-like existence, but with no money worries (well, at least until he retires and tries to live on the state pension) or having a loving wife and children and constant money problems; I know which option I would choose! Money is definitely second place to a loving relationship and kiddies. !!!!!! needs to re-evaulate his life and his priorities.

Hey, I apologised for that already! You must admit though, it was a pretty weird thing to post several times (three that I saw).

i knew what you were saying and there is no obsession - I disagree with his constant contradictions, changing of opinion and it's funny that he now plans to be a BTLer

What goes around comes around. He was very happy to be the HPC leader ganging up on others (myself included), so can hardly moan when he gets a taste of his own medicine.
