I agree with you on that, how can people make comment when they do not know the cases, first of all some people self employed working 60/80 hours a week are loosing there businesses, putting people out of work does not come easy. So anyone in this forum needs help not serious judgement when they know nothing of the individual cases. NOT sleeping at night in fear does not come easy for anyone on this page...

But we do know about individual cases. They come on here saying "how can I legally wipe out my credit card debt" without detailing how they're unable to afford it, but stating explicitly they only want to do it because they think 'they can and are entitled to do so.'

The ones with problems aren't the ones coming onto threads such as this, they go to the appropriate boards where they are likely to get, and I suspect actually do get, the help they need.

I've received call today from brunel franklin. They claim to be able to get my credit card debts wiped off due to inaccuracies in the credit aggreements made prior to 2007. Is this likely to be true for my credit card debts? They ask for substantial fee to check it out which is returnable if unsuccesful. I would really apreciate any advice on this:A
