Right - dinner in the oven - time to review the day.

Checked back and I had three jobs to do:

• [strike]Finalise insurance[/strike] DONE - with wonderful savings and cashback! Have also cancelled direct debit so they can't do the auto renewal - which I will cancel anyway tomorrow.
  
• Sort out tax paperwork Nope - nowhere near - and don't think I'll get to this today.
• Finish final report Next on the list (after MSE!;))

Didn't get the tax done because we went out for a lovely long walk this morning with the dogs - it was such a beautiful frosty morning so had to make the most of it. So no tax sorted yet but am still happy with the day!

Tomorrow I have a few things to sort out - just noting them here to remind me:

• Cancel auto renewal policy
• Check NCD proof has got through to new insurer
• Send cheque off for mother's Christmas pressie
• Book car into MOT
• Order OH's present (by phone)

How have you progressed today? Hope it has not been too hectic.

First chance I have had to take stock of the day. Firstly things from yesterday:

• [strike]Cancel auto renewal policy[/strike] DONE - all sorted.
• [STRIKE]Check NCD proof has got through to new insurer[/STRIKE] - checked and still not showing - emailed through last night so will give them a day or two.
• Send cheque off for mother's Christmas pressie - darn forgot cheque book so will have to do this when I get home
• [strike]Book car into MOT[/strike] DONE - in for Thursday - eek!
• [strike]Order OH's present (by phone) [/strike] Sort of done - rang but none in stock before Christmas so back to drawing board on that.

Now for other stuff today:

• [strike]Clean kitchen[/strike] DONE
  
• [strike]Hoover[/strike] DONE
• Check on line banking
• P[strike]repare for work meeting[/strike] DONE
  
• Report and expenses (still!)
• Ring accountant re date for tax meeting
• Report for training client

And a load of work stuff! But getting through it.

Not much progress made at all (except on some work things) - but have confirmation that NCD has been received so that is one thing completely sorted.

Hiya. Trying to keep perspective on stuff - you can only do what you can do at the end of the day (how many cliches can I fit into one sentence?!). Seriously though am trying to prioritise and not get too worried about things - and am looking forward to Friday when I have a few days away.

Today though have a work trip to the midlands - and a train to catch - so better get dressed! Talk later.
