Ah ok... So I don't have to do anything?
Could you please post the number up that you called?
I already sent my CRB off.
Just ring the number that appears on your DWP letter. There's different numbers for different recruitment exercises, you don't want to be ringing the wrong one- they won't know who you are!Bored0 -
Lol, no, I am trying to work for DWP. It's all from the recruitment experience.
I've spoken to them 4 times on the phone, once I rang at 8.40pm and got straight through (prob cos most people assume offices open at 9), the other times I've tried during the day and it took persistence!
I am also waiting for interview dates for 3 more EO posts, have sent off 5 .
Although i've had the 'success' letter, I'm still expecting a waiting list letter as I received my 'successful' confirmatioon before recruitment had ended, so no doubt I will be put on a waiting list!
I'm too scared to ask for my interview scores, I think i'll just leave it a few more days and see what happens.
Best of luck all!Bored0 -

NOBODY is answering the phone... I call from a mobile, then my mobile asks to redial because I have been waiting so long, I do that and then the line is busy!
Hence think it may be a wrong number.0 -
Yes but the problem is...

Hence think it may be a wrong number.
But I cannot get through on: 01912 *******
Edit that number out Silencio...they don't like direct numbers being posted.
Get up at 8.30 tomorrow and ring then.:idea:0 -

I wonder what the pass mark is. I haven't been able to find that out from anywhere. I just know that mine was 29/45 so I know the passmark is at least below 29.:idea:0 -
You have to ring the number that deals with your recruitment excercise, otherwise you may be ringing somebody who cannot access the information you need. Just be patient, they are obviously very busy!

Given that the recruitment process is more rigorous than most employers for the Civil Service, and in this cas the DWP....why is there so much "incompetance" in the DWP?0

Sportfan,
Have you had a look in the CRB guidance book that was sent out to you with your CRB form?
