quick grab slots while you can tesco christmas home delivery select tesco customers?

I would love mine to be available up to 23rd! But only showing up to 20th here. We usually have a Sunday delivery so have booked that anyway, although I'm not 100% sure Tesco will be getting my big Xmas shop as the customer service is erm... not great.

I changed the URL again at 10.30pm, reserved a slot, started shopping, checked out at 12.02am and decided to see if the slots were indeed available as they had said when they called cancelling the last order only to find, lo and behold, the slots are only available until the 20th!

I'm only seeing up to the 20th, I wanted the 22nd and don't know if I should book 20th and change the date .... The money off coupon codes run Monday-Sunday, so if I book Sunday, I don't know if it will automatically switch to the next week's code if I change the delivery date. Guess I'll wait.

gggggrrrrrrrrrrrrr! :mad: I stayed up too for no reason only upto the 20th showing in my area, I too have done the URL trick again all the 23rd had gone now so booked the 22nd... I'll await the call tomorrow :rolleyes:

I booked my slot for the 20th, then went back to look again (at 12.02) and every single one on the 20th was booked

Anyway, off to bed now

:mad: Having sat up until now waiting to book my slot for 23rd, having earlier been assured by customer services Christmas delivery slots would be available tonight, only the 20th is showing on my system!:mad:

Unfortenatley the Customer Service rep I spoke too this afternoon was kind, or is that foolish, enough to give me his name and direct number as well as his assurances.......major complaint being phoned and emailed in tomorrow.

Once again I say BAD, BAD, BAD customer service tesco.:mad:

I can't believe I stayed up late to book it and they haven't been released. I also did the URL thing so hopefully i'll get a slot. Does anyone know when the asda slots are released?

Do they even deliver on xmas eve? I personally wouldnt leave it til then as some items maybe out of stock and where would you go from there!!

I am waiting for Monday/Tuesday slots and then if some items are not delivered it gives me time to shop elsewhere without too much stress!!

The meat and veg will be sourced elsewhere!
