Me too for the code ....pm me please....blummin annoyed with Asda as i did a £150 shop to find non work.....but they are better than Tescos, slow as slow, keep crashing site.....

I emailed Tesco, still no reply but apparently they have now refunded me the cost of my Christmas Pudding- £1.99-
Glad I booked with a different supermarket, funnily enough the slots are all gone.

I've read elsewhere that people were holding slots at 10pm using the cheat method and then checking out at midnight to make sure they wouldn't get cancelled

I am so disappointed with Tesco - I even rang them up to check when they release the dates - and was told 12.01 am - so like an idiot I stopped up late ready to go - at about 11.45 the 23rd December appeared - but all fully booked!
Spoke to the duty manager this morning but she was very off hand - and like others on here did not get an answer as to who were "privileged" customers. I have already ordered Christmas meats etc from a local butcher - so am going to do the same with my bread - just don't have a greengrocer around.
I think Tesco have kicked themself in the head with this because I certainly won't be shopping with them during Christmas week!

Spoke to Tesco this morning and the person was very abrupt and basically said you should have booked ealier which i did but the order was cancelled?? she there was nothing you can do just email like the rest of the customers that a complaining about christmas deliverys and then ended the call :mad: :mad: :mad: .

So i have emailed Tesco with a complaint about the christmas delivery and the call centre staff .... Not a happy.... Worst i have bitten the bullet and ordered from Asda this will be fun the only slot 3-5pm last delivery from them was a nightmare in fact it never arrived and first order from them instead of bog roll i got a ream of paper :eek: .
