This was not your fault at all! You were trying to be helpful. Tesco might find that they have made a big mistake with this!

I asked ASDA about their delivery slots and they said

"The last date that we will be doing ASDA Home Shopping deliveries over the Christmas period is the 23 December 2008, depending on your postcode.

Delivery slots can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance to ensure that customers get the delivery slots that they prefer.

Please note that the amount of available delivery slots would depend on how busy ASDA Home Shopping is over that period."

I have just ordered my usual weekly shop from Sainsburys. It took a bit longer than usual because I'm not used to their website, but I will NOT give another penny of my hard earned money to Mr T until I have a satisfactory reply to my complaint over this situation!

And OP don't worry - it isn't your fault at all. In fact, I think you've done us all a favour by helping us to understand the contempt with which Tesco regads its customers!

Well I've taken a print out which shows only one slot available for the 23rd and I'm going to set myself up online with Sainsburys and then in the New Year I shall send my Sainsburys receipts to Tesco Head Office along with the print out and an Up Yours Ugly letter.
But really I don't think Tesco will really care if they have lost another customer, but it will make me feel good lol..

Ok so it's now 12.01 on the the 30th November and my order earlier last week for delivery on the 23rd December was cancelled.

There are no delivery slots showing for Sunday 21st through to Tuesday 23rd December so where did they all go.

I've just checked Asda, Tesco and Sainsburys and none are showing dates past 21 (though asda say they don't deliver in my area on that day!! Usually have my shop delivered on a Sunday so don't see why!!)

Was hoping to book a slot with one of them tonight!

Have just amended my Sainsburys to Sun 21st Dec and there are loads of slots available and they are delivering until 9pm in my area on that day.

Had a quick look at Tesco and nothing showing past Sat 20 on there.

I think Sainsburys are releasing the Monday slots tomorrow night, it says something about it on the grocery home page.
