Why is it that when someone tells you that there are over a billion stars in the universe, you believe them, but if they tell you there is wet paint somewhere, you have to touch it to make sure?26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

We-ell... I pay the cleaners £7 each for 1 hour, and I pay the agency (sort of - a one-woman band) something like £3.30 an hour - so it's actually a little less, something like £90 a month on average, for 8 hours (average)Burlesque_Babe wrote: »How many hours is this for a month for a cleaner? I'd love one, but could never afford one (not sure I'd ever feel comfortable having it done for me, even though I am a lazy mare when it comes to cleaning
), is it £100 for 8 hours a month or 16? If it's 8 hours a month - I might become a cleaner! :rotfl:
But if I was just paying a cleaner then I would happily pay £10 an hour, I think it is a bloody hard job, and they iron too - you could probably get a bit more if you included things like washing, or dog walking.0 -
hi everyone,
Maz, Singstar Abba is great was 'performing' at friends on Saturday, if anyone has a Wii and wants a game that is great for all but a blast when p'd then get 'Salsa de Amigo' and shake it all about.
Sammy, I'd like a Polish au pair but OH wouldn't approve:D ( no wonder you need a cleaner if you had retired to the Library to let them get on ).
12 hours of dodging idiots on the London roads again, why do people let a moped go by and pull out smack in front of 44 tonnes????
:D stay wonky

Is that good shocked or bad shocked BB? I only get £13 for driving HGV, unsociable hours. OH cleans at private houses for £10 ph and will be giving up After School Club job for 3 hours a week at £15ph and two mornings a month for £150, cant say I blame her.
