I know ! However as you tuck in at 7.30 am stop and think, "would my Mum be proud of me ?" Its this sad realisation that the answer will probably be no, although my excuse is that I was ill so it was for medicinal purposes only- honest.

Exactly Miggy! When I was little my mum always did the "think of all the starving children in Africa who would appreciate it!" guilt trip, if I threw food away!
Plus its saving money - 2 meals for the price of 1!

Well, those are my excuses anyway!
