Its novel looking up into the clear blue sky and seeing no aircraft from either the small local airfield or Gatwick.
I heard a good conspiracy theory the other day from the time that all liquids were banned on flights. It had nothing to do with a terrorist threat but the UK had run out of aviation fuel and rather than cause economic chaos in the markets the government chose to cover up the grounding of flights by stating that there was a threat.
I am just off to feed the alien I've got tethered in the garage.....0 -
I think it would be better if they did just make things up - when they actually make new rules for us to follow, this kind of thing happens.

That storey just take the P1ss. I try and break one rule/law everyday just to prove I have some life left in me, its good for the soul and the heartbeat.
Should I feel guilty for laughing out loud at embarrassing bodies?0 -
Just spent the last hour and a half shouting at the tv for BGT. Who are these nutters and weirdos, don't get me wrong I am grateful for them doing it so I have something to rant about but how deluded are they? Then it dawned on me that maybe they are not nutters and weirdos just good honest every day folk getting on with there everyday life's, where as I am the weirdo for sitting indoors and shouting at them through the tele-like they are going to hear me !
Maybe I am taking this bitter and twisted view of the world too far. Maybe I am becoming a grumpy old git, I get so much pleasure from sneering at others failure. Then I realised I was thinking utter rubbish and went back to shouting at the nutters and weirdo's on the tv. Good evening.0 -
I try not to watch it. But i watch other rubbish like Escape to the country so i can't offer any advice!!!!!Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

My God, I am sunburned ! 4 hours sitting outside in the glorious spring sunshine by the river and my face is on fire. Have you seen the price of aftersun in Tesco? I bet they have put there prices up this week.0

Sunshine is vitamin D and you got it for free. So don't worry about the spending on aftersun!!!Aiming for a minimal spend 20220
