    I stopped eating any food containing Carbohydrate on Monday and have just eat protein for two days which was scrambled eggs, lean ham, turkey and chicken and cottage cheese- that's it nothing else. My blood is between 5 and 9 and I haven't taken any medication for my pancreas- just liver tablets (metformin). Today I feel brilliant and will introduce some green veg into the diet to see what happens. If my sugars go above 9/10 I will start the pancreas tabs again but I reckon thru careful eating I wont need them.
    I already feel better and not so bloated and don't have huge hunger pangs in the evening before dinner.

    It sounds as though it's working, Jim. I reckon if you can find what works for you, that's a huge battle won.
