I have just got my new kenwood to replace my very very old one that doesnt work anymore (:D and ) I suppose
I have just made some granary bread dough, with 450g flour, so presume I bake it in a 1lb tin? But my recipe is for a freeform loaf, but I do want to do it in a tin. How long should a loaf take? I am leaving the dough to rise in my not very hot kitchen for a few hours, will knock back and reknead in kenwood later then shape and prove?
Its only my 3rd or so attempt at bread, have always used the breadmaker up til know, but prefer more "real" bread. have the rover cottage sourdough starter on the go at the moment0 -
