It may need you to register online to give you this reference number. You have set up an account, but not an online account....if you see what I mean.

Thats what it did to me, I thought I was going mad (leaving it to the last minute as usual to pay my bills)

You don't get a reference number until you get your parcel with invoice so unfortunately you can't track your first order online

They wont take the money out of your accout until they despatch it, they took mine out of my account yesterday and i recieved my stuff yesterday!
