Empire stores codes?

they always send me an email if i can't use a code, telling me to order again with a different code.

Where do i put the code? i'm not sure if the one's in trying are out of date etc, when i put in some it says invalid code, others take me right throught to ordering but arn't deducting anything from the balance (when they should be) there seems to be 5 options to put the code in (advert code etc) , which do i choose?

This code does not work on a order of £11.99, so minimum spend is higher than this.

that would explain it - i was told it's a no minimum spent thing, but generaly where should i be putting the code? i will try others the code sites sugest

Can you or anyone help. I cannot find anything about a vax is it a sale item.
