sometimes empire can be very slow delivering these days, about a week or more most times. The curve that can set a lot of things straight is a smile0 -
fiery you can only use one code at a time.
i've used the £20 code twice and each time it has worked, but i already have an account with them and if they charge full price at any time (unlikely at this stage) i'll just pay full price - i ordered things i wanted anyhow.
as for ordering as a new customer, they credit check it all and it goes on your experian etc. reports, so be wary of using fake names, or changing your name slightly etc. because it will make you look really dodgy when you get credit checked.52% tight0 -
I've used the £20 code 7 times so far.... 3 in OH's name, 3 in DD's name and once in mine.... so some reason I cant use it more than once!!
They only credit check when you try to open an account - I use my credit card to pay when ordering (also covers me for them charging when they're not meant to).2012 wins approx £11,000 including 5k to spend on a holiday :j0 -

keep an eye on your statement
have you had all the stuff you have ordered yet?
i did the same for my dad they charged me full price for all the stuff something to do with no account number.
i am a customer and have used it 3 times, the 3rd item i ordered has been cancelled due to the code being used max number of times.
still saved £400 -
I have received 4 items so far - all not charged for but will keep an eye on the others.... will just send it back if they charge me.2012 wins approx £11,000 including 5k to spend on a holiday :j0

Relax, they often take longer to deliver than the 'expected' delivery date they email you. This is because they deliver by local couriers who are often people who just do it as a hobby or extra job and wait till they have a couple of deliveries in your area.
I've had tons of stuff free and very cheap using codes from them in the past without any probs.
Hope this sets your mind at ease0
