I used the £20 code the other day and wanted to try again but they ask for ref number or customer number when you get to the site it says new customer or already registered i went to that one and it asks for ref number
Can you please tell me how you ordered it twice as i dont know what im doing wrong
I recieved an e mail showing my first order but no customer number

i ordered on saturday but still haven't got it delivered nor they have taken money from my bank account.i don't even have my customer refernce no .i received an email after i ordered the items but after that haven't received anything yet.why is that?

Loopylass, you will have to wait for your first order, or your Welcome Pack, to arrive. Your Customer Number isn't allocated until your details have been processed through Empire's systems.

Does anyone know how long the delivery is on things in stock
I done another order in my OH's name tonight and on his order it says delivery april 11th i forgot to look at mine as i was excited it worked lol
Is it usually about a weeks delivery
I dont mind as i cant wait to get my slow cooker especially as it was free lol

just received an email from them with new offer:

I had that too and wanted to order more stuff as I was so excited as it really worked, what I did was place another order as a new customer untill I received my first delivery and therefor customer ref... hope it helps and enjoy :-)

i have heard that ppl buying concord digital camera for under £10 using code.but the cheapest concord camera i can find on the website is £35 .is there any other digital camera cheaper than that?
