I received my order today having used this code and it was deducted from my order total. I did, however, receive confirmation on Tuesday that they would be dispatching it shortly.

I placed my order again this time using my Visa debit.
I think it didnt go through properly the first time because i used my electron card as i was waiting for a new visa debit card to come through.
Anyway, order showing in my account now and should be here soon.

I used the £20 off code to buy two items one at £13.99 and one at £19.99, the £19.99 ran out of stock but I got the £13.99 for nothing, excellent thanks for the codes!!!

I ordered 3 pks of two white school shirts. Which came to £23.97, but because i bought 3 packs, I got £3.00 taken off as part of a multi deal. So i only paid 97p for the six shirts, and thats my son sorted for the rest of the school term! :j

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and used a code I had already used and it showed as accepted on the screen.


Then I received an email saying that the code had already been used the maximum amount of times (once) and the order was on hold until I contacted them. I emailed them and said to use any code which was valid as I didnt seem to really receive any anymore but asked why the order hadnt been processed anyway as I could have rang them after to see what was happening with the discount.

They replied that they always hold or cancel the order because people might have an alternative code they want to use or may not want the order if they cant get the discount./gift.

They are now sending my order (2 tops in sale) with a code decided by them which is better than nothing.

But what I'm saying is - just because it shows on the screen that its been accepted you may find you get an email saying that it hasnt been accepted at all.

I ordered twice (two different codes- one for £15 off £30 and one £10 off £20). Both times my order was accepted, but then I got emails to say the codes had been used. One definitely had, but I can't remember using the other. I'm now looking for a different code for at least £10 off, otherwise I'm not bothering with the order, as the things aren't really that cheap if I pay full price.
