Empire stores codes?

ive ordered it and i have received my e-mail but it doesnt say my ref number on it so i cant continue to shop until i have itdo you know if you get another e mail with ref number or is there another way to access your account and do you know how many times you can use the code

Don't think somebody in Empire likes me! I have tried to use the £20 off code on an order of £28, it was accepted, but then I got an email saying the code had been used the maximum number of times. I have only used 2 codes recently and don't think either of them was the same as that one. I think I'll just give up trying to get a bargain from them.

I have a brochure which was in the Prima magazine for all to see. There is a code for new customers for £10 off a minimum £20 spend. As you probably know you don't have to be a first time customer to use these codes and I have used several successfully 3 times each, this one included. PD0981

Are you cutting and pasting the codes? If so, this usually means their system doesn't recognise the code. You need to type them into the appropriate box yourself.

Thanks for this code, just used it to get £10 off my order, and I am an existing customer. (Just ordered a lush jacket I had been eyeing up ever since I got the catalogue, so feel totally justified at buying it at a discount. )

i used a £15 off a £30 spend as a new customer. had the e-mail comf of price. came today and they have taken the full price out the bank so have no taken the code off. whats there cs like??
