PR5314 £10 off and free steamer worked for OH on 25/08 on a £25 spend

My Kenwood £19.99 Kettle arrived this morning NIL charged invoice and opted for charge account rather than Debit.C or CreditC...just in time for coffee.....just used the coupon once... in case in backfired on me though must admit I wanted to use lots.......

When did you order it and did you get a delivery confirmation email on top of the invoice and if so how long did it take. Its been a week since I got my invoice for £0.00 by email but nothing so far even though when I did the order it mentioned that I should receive it by 25th Aug ?

I got my confirmation on 23/08 how long does it usually take to get delivered?

I have found them to be very slow with deliveries, mine took over a week even although they said a much earlier delivery date.

Flipping ages in my experience - up to and over a month for my last order, but it was free, so you can't really complain. Just have one order not yet delivered - a £4.99 digital camera

Ordered 23/8/06 and confirmed on my account page next day. I never had an e.mail confirmation only one that stated item despatched... and delivered today.

Ordered a £26.99 t-shirt 2 weeks ago with the £20 code...got a letter through the post today saying that due to high demand, it was now out of stock and the order has been cancelled! I ordered something else to my dad's address so hopefully that will show up, but like I said it's been about 2 weeks now...:rolleyes:

How do you get on to your account page ? Its asking for a reference number which I have not got nor has it been mentioned on the invoice so I am unable to log in to my account at the moment

Yeh I cant get onto "My Account" because I pay'd by card and I also havent got a ref number
