I used the steam cleaner and tenner off code, received my parcel yesterday ( unusual to get it on a sunday!)
inside was the trainers with discount applied ( for son) another order Id made seperate for some school trousers ( thank god they fit!!)
and the thank yous and welcomes were just leaflets and a broc-hure pack stating the benefits of being an empire shopper ( not inc details of any discounts! lol)
there was a leaflet saying a free telephone in reserve with next order.
Im assuming the code is for new customers really, but im an exsisting one.

anyway. theres a delay on the steam cleaners, going to take 5/6 weeks for delivery! ah well, shall have to be paitent! lol

Re: The Steam Cleaners.....I had one with 1st order a few weeks back and then a letter the other day saying that replacements parts are needed for it because defects have been found with it and not to use some of the accessories until replaced...had already used it though and found it pretty useless so far....maybe I expect it to clean things!!!!!

I think its meant for new customers ( as you get a welcome pack of leaflets etc) but im an exsisting customer and the code was applied etc...

the min order is £20
