Which is the final page?

I got right up to confirming my card password and saw nothing?

Does it go in the "order code" or "discount code" box when i am on the "shopping Bag" page?

Is this where you should then see your code accepted?

Once I leave my "shopping bag" page I don't see my goods again so frightened to hit final page with my credit card password.

The next pages for me are register name, add etc then payment - I don't see my basket again.

I got my order today and it said on the delivery note that my Elizabeth Arden set would be delivered separately... so fingers crossed I'll get it soon.

P.S. any codes have to go in the 'discount codes n vouchers' section.

Oh dear - just a warning to anyone thinking of applying...

I got my order today with a message that the Elizabeth Arden set has sold out. Just phoned customer services to ask for a full refund including delivery as I only placed the order because of the free gift. Was told that they wouldn't refund my delivery but would put £10 in my account.

The thing is I don't really want to do business with them again after this so I wouldn't be spending the £10!!

Rcvd my order yesterday - no free sample inside nor any mention of it. On ringing customer services was told that they had run out of the the free gift. So have returned the item today.

I phoned CS today - she said they're awaiting stock of the EA gift set and should get them by 5 December. Another 'wait n see' if it turns up.

i phoned customer services today to check my promotional codes had worked, they hadnt, but where very happy to add them to my order. They didnt mention anything about having run out of the free gifts????? concerned.......
