Hello, just thought I'd share this with existing account holders at Kaleidoscope OR NEW ACCOUNT HOLDERS TOO...Just did 1 for OH.....

anyhow I ordered something last week FOR £4.00 (OF COURSE TO BE RETURNED) PLUS £3.50 DELIVERY and got mine at the weekend. It's a lovely set and as you can see from below the price is £35.00 for just the capsules:eek: . They are really lovely and the cleanser is too.

Hmm, just tried it and although it accepts the code, the free gift doesn't show up in my basket....

Did it in yours, or am I doing something wrong?

I had the same problem mouse-potato - I made an order but the free gift didn't show up on the
confirmation page or the confirmation email. I phoned customer services and a very helpful lady
said that she'd sorted it out for me and that i would be receiving the free gift.

The number is 0844 556 3080 if you need to phone.

Can sale items be ordered and still qualify for this? TIA! And I'm assuming that this was shown in the Kaleidoscope catalogue (just in case I need to ring)?

I just tried too, using the free gift code and the free shipping code listed on the Web site. It shows both codes in the basket, but it charges shipping anyway and doesn't mention the free gift. All a bit iffy. I've had to call customer service on 3 other orders today (I've been busily shopping, lol), and I'm just not up for another call to CS. Ah well.

No guys the gift never shows what you have...but I have actually received the gift and its lovely (just used them again)

Do perservere as I naughtilly did it again under my OH name and it wasn't so straight forward it took a little effort 2nd time around. But make sure on the final page that the code KSH8 Shows at the bottom!! That's very important..ok Also u can't use more than 1 code as far as i know......

NOTHING iffy...omg don't say that : )

As long as the gift code comes up on the final page...your gift should be on it's way to you.

As I said it doesn't come up as " Elizabeth Arden Gift set" It comes up KSH8.

The codes are given out with either an email or a leaflet so when you use the code you know what you are trying to obtain.

Sorry, I didn't mean iffy in the way to mean "shady", but I mean it as in a site you order from that doesn't show you discounts or free gifts on the order page before you commit your money is a bit of headache and I just leave it alone. I didn't mean others should be bothered by it (I've had to call cs three times today for being double charged on an order paid with paypal and for another web site that just blanked out on the final page of ordering over and over). I don't know what I was thinking trying to place another order after all this Xmas shopping anyway, as I can't handle anything else that might even maybe require a call to cs, lol.

BTW, there were entry fields for several promo codes, so perhaps you can use more than one? And it showed the two codes I'd entered at the bottom of my order page before it had me finalize the charge - but it also charged a shipping fee and showed no gift despite the codes, so you have to take it on faith that it will work. I'm going to give it a pass, BUT those who are giving it a go might want to try the free shipping code on the first page of the store's Web site, too. FYI, there are face cloths for 2 quid. If it works, you could get free shipping and the free gift for that. Good luck!

Tried to use the Elizabeth Arden and Free Delivery codes. It didn't come up with the actual codes on the final page, but it did say :
