Set my friends pc's up, with a lot of difficulty. No help from Phillips helpline. Went back to basics lo and behold the lan port was off center so when you put the connection in it was sort of shorting out on the side of connection.
Bit of work with screwdriver and brute force and it worked. That took about 7 hours of frustration. For a 2 minute job!!Be ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0
