Just having a huge paperclearance session for 30 mins. I'm sick of not being able to find envelopes and stuff because the draw is a nightmare so I'm clearing it out. It is decluttering the livingroom though as alot of papers are currently just dumped on the table so this means I'll be able to put them all away...in theory. ;)

    Afternoon all.

I am feeling VERY pleased with myself because I have downloaded a podcast (the Now Show on R4) first time AND have copied it onto my MP3 player (now I can do what my sister does and giggle on sunbeds on holiday... she's posh she has an i pod). Up until today I have been taping on a cassette.
Been shopping and DS has a t shirt and jeans from Primark and a pair of PJs. I have bought a throw for £2 (bargain) and a pair of long johns (fot footy watching:D ). Taken my library book back and found ANOTHER Mike Ripley (Angel...) book I have not read. I can't find these in bookshops and anyway I can't afford them. My budget won't stretch to new books and they never have them in Help the Aged... I think they are a good read they are crime fiction but also funny...so I am VERY pleased about that too.

Washing on line as fog has lifted and it is not bright and sunny here:D so all windows open to freshen up and drive out the condensation.

Should be ok with the cards then Lil_me I can get them written and to the PO on Thursday.
Morning Valli Hope you're well today.
Fine ta! How did the takeaway go? Still in budget?

What did I miss, are the Mamma Mia ones damaged? Have received ours but because they are a present for my bday from Miss A and a pressie for a friend I have not opened them. Do I need to check them?
No you're fine with them. HMV sent TWO sets of Friends DVDs and I only ordered 1. Have returned them as it would have been dishonest to keep them...and set my kids a bad example (poo!). Mind you I made them ask nicely;)
Now I am off to have lunch...

    Soappie well done.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Right well I've been to get some meat - persuaded DH that we'd go and get a load of meat for the freezer another week as I want to use what's in the freezer first!

Lil-me - How old are your boys?

Need to crack on - I've only get a couple of hours before we go out again and I won't be doing anything when we get back.

I've got a load of schoolwork to do tomorrow so that will take up quite a bit of time tomorrow.

    Okay, catch you later
