Afternoon all, it was morning when I first started reading but I got a bit sidetracked.

Two loads of washing done. I've hung a few bits outside but it's not really drying weather. It's sunny but chilly and no wind. I've put the smaller bits on the airer. I've also got DD's bedding sitting in the machine but there's no point in washing it yet because I won't have space to hang it up. I have remade her bed though.

Gave downstairs a good vacuuming, it seemed to be particularly bad today for some reason.

Took dog out. My new handbag was delivered (one of the zips broke on my old one but the whole bag was scuffed and tatty so not worth repairing). I've transferred the stuff over but I bet it will feel weird having a different bag after about ten years! I'm not throwing the old one away for a week or two, just in case ;) Might get withdrawal symptoms....

DH has gone fishing for the weekend. DD2 has gone away for the weekend. Just me, two cats and a senile dog. Think I might write my Christmas cards this weekend. If I can be bothered. Bah humbug!

Waiting for bathroom fitter to come back and finish off a couple of little bits, supposed to be this afternoon. Supposed to be last Friday too and the one before that. I might have to stop being polite. Very minor things but I just want it all finished. Bet he'll come when Neighbours is on :D

    Very cute kitten Dusty :)

If you are shopping for a granny i have one you can have:D
DS's granny (my mum) lives 300 miles away and his other granny died before me and DH got married (a few weeks before!) so I'd love to rent one lol! We have surrogate grannies/aunties, but we miss the real one too! Does anyone remember the tv show 'rent a gran' ?, it was maybe only a Scottish thing

G & B hope your little missy is ok hun ((hugs))xx

I have to admit i absolutey love xmas, usually i decorate the first weekend of December which is my plan for this year. I do have to get a tree still looks like thats going to be from the garden centre, i have gone all black and silver in the living and dining room. The kitchen is traditional. Poinsetta in one window and a little evergreen in the other with a little set of led lights on. I also have xmas teatowels, oven gloves and pinny. I have an xmas dining set and xmas cups. Not so sure about lights outside this year with OH working away he has enough on and i sure as hell am not climbing any ladders.

I did see an xmas holly tree for the garden it is beautiful and i nearly bought it for £69.99 but then i re read the price £699.99 not much difference hey! Maybe when i win the lottery:rotfl:

HHC for me 1:30pm to 2pm

Going to swich and swipe kitchen and load airer.

Have ten minutes then another HHC 2:10pm till 2:40 pm sorting the living room and then start the socks and pants bag.
You can touch the dust but please don't write in it !

Would you like to speak to the man in charge, or the woman who knows whats happening?

Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Mr T done. I have given Christmas a quick nod of acknowledgement finally and bought a poinsettia (2.47) and a Finest Christmas Pudding for £5.00 (half price until 2nd December). I know the OS way is to make the Christmas Pudd from scratch but why reinvent the wheel at that price?

I was shocked by the prices again - Dove flour is about 40p per pack dearer than a fortnight ago and the value chopped tomatoes are no longer 21p they are 33p!

I think the photo gift sounds a lovely idea for your parents, I have just ordered via snapfish 2 photo mugs, as they are on half price (till 30th Nov) inc p & p a total of £10.23 (I think) so for me at just over a £5 each bargin. (stick supermug in the discount box)

Just had a nice bacon sandwich for lunch, and tested out the smoke alarm at the same time!

No flying to report, sorry I have let the side down.

I am very upset at the moment so may not be about for some time. Long story short I sought Legal Advice to protect my daughter from her father. Now he has sought Legal Advice and made me out to be the guilty party. Looks like I will have to get a DNA test now to prove that he is her father and loads of other things.

Sorry for letting the side down I might get back to it soon.
