...and Mr thifty ... titfeeders ... what can we say, except well done to the MSE filters for allowing it! :rotfl:You never know how far-reaching something good, that you may do or say today, may affect the lives of others tomorrow0 -
I'd be taking them to a place I've seen that weighs in old clothes and net curtains, adding any other stuff I've got to them and getting the dosh.0

Make fairy/angel wings with the net curtains.

Net curtains can be made into laundry bags with the addition of a zip to protect delicates going thru the wash or just stop socks excaping.
Or you can cover fruit bushes with the to keep the thieving blackbirds off your soft fruit.
Old bras...........? If they have foam-lined cups you could cut them up and save them to stuff cushions with (you'd need a fair few bras of course).
Old jeans should be saved to patch other old jeans.
You could dye your net curtain and bra to match, fashion the net into a shirt and add some spangles to the bra and hey, presto, you have a belly-dancing outfit. Not quite sure where I could work the jeans into that one.........
Or you could salvage the underwires and, with the net, construct a fascinator to wear to your next wedding....
And that's just off the top of my febrile brain............:rotfl:Every increased possession loads us with a new weariness.

You could give them to a charity shop,or,having watched 'Superscrimpers' the other night, make draught-excluders with the legs of the jeans,or cut the legs off and have a pair of shorts?
I do like the idea of the HM tit feeder!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
you can make lavender bags from the net curtains, bras make great rat hammocks, or hand them in the garden and fill with nuts for the birds, you can cut the net curtains into strips and braid them to make pretty bracelets or curtain tie backs, You can use Jeans for storage for make up brushes, pens or other small items, by cutting the backside bit off and pinning to the wall, you put your stuff in the pockets. You can turn it the other way and make straps from the legs, attach and you have a tool belt or housework apron.0

Years ago for DD2's 3rd (or4th) birthday we used nets to make butterfly wings. The children came as caterpillars, painted the wings (which we hung on the line to dry) ate birthday tea served on big cabbage leaves then went home sportingtheir new butterfly wingsMrsSD declutter medals 2023 🏅🏅🏅⭐⭐ 2025

Love the jean/cushion idea!
Having seen the most fabulous recycled denim patchwork quilt made from assorted jeans - I'd chop the legs off the jeans and cut the fabric up into decent sized squares to stash until I had enough to have a go
Other than that I'd freecycle/CS?clothes bank - or donate to homeless shelter as they usually keep a stock cupboard of clothes:heartpuls The best things in life aren't things :heartpuls
