Have just been to see the house and I really like it. Much bigger than I have now and kitchen and bathroom etc are nice. Just needs a bit of minor redecorating as not my style but other than that nothing needs doing.

Well I have made an offer and have got the new house it really does finally feel like good stuff is starting to happen.
