OMG I am so excited.
I have just spoken to the estate agents and from the two viewings over the weekend one couple is very interested. They are going to a mortgage broker today and then will be ringing today or tomorrow with an offer.
The absolute best bit is they are first time buyers with a 50% deposit. So no chain and all could be done and dusted in 6 weeks.
I don't want to get too excited as they may never get back with an offer but that distant light at the end of the tunnel is almost blinding me.
This !!!! time could finally be over for me and my DD

Mum is lending them half which they are paying back like an interest free mortgage, jammy sods lol
