    I decided to go for it as its the perfect location. Its right near my parents, on the nicest estate, near the park and school etc etc was too good too risk losing it.

    Thanks everyone. I keep having to pinch myself as feel like I am in a dream. Everything going too well.

    Busy but fun day ahead today. I am looking after my nephew today, he is almost 2 so should be fun. We are off down the river to the feed the ducks and then I am taking him and DD to the park :D
