Certainly brightened up my day. Although I made the mistake of telling my mum he was rather nice and she took the "p" when I was on the phone to him this evening and made me blush lol

  • hiya Doodle - well Nell's been on the tablets for a couple of weeks now & things seem to be improving, her appetites back & she's going for short walks but she still a little lop-sided & walks like she's been hitting the vodka a little too often!

hopefully your house won't take too long to sell, there appears to be a little upward movement in the housing market at mo so things are looking up

have you started the new job yet?

Hi Virgin, glad Nell is getting better bless her. Ruby is getting there. We have reduced her dose of tablets again and so far nothing untoward has happened so I am hoping she is getting better slowly. She has another appointment in two weeks and they will drop her does further. Really hoping she can come off them completely at some point as there are other risks involved if she is on the long term.

Job wise I haven't started yet as they need a replacement for me first before they realise me so unlikely to be until end of June now which is a bit of a pain.

Morning one and all. It's a beautiful day here today already which always puts me in a good mood.

Life has been a little wobbly this week. I have had a few bad days and have struggled to cope with everything. Lots of tears and chat with friends later and I am feeling a little better.

So much has happened to me the last few weeks with the house I haven't had any spare time for me and I think it is slowly getting to me.

The agents are coming on Tuesday to complete the HIP and then I should be on the market by the end of the week.

Although I want this move more than anything as the house selling will change my life so very much it feels kind of scary at the same time. I think its the realisation that my marriage is over and I am on my own. Believe me I don't want my marriage back as somethings are unforgiveable but I do miss the security and loving side of being in a relationship.

Anyway today is tidying up day ready for tuesday so have a mountain of washing to do, iron and put away and a couple of touch ups on some paint work too so will be another busy one.

My parents are going away early June for two weeks so I am going to move in their house. It means I can shut the door on here and just leave the agents a key and won't have to worry about keeping the place spotless for potential viewers. It will be a very much needed break I think.
