Virgin - I think it was the haircut too lol. I have since found out it was a very close call so not sure why they chose me but glad they did lol. Hows Nell now? I am the same with dogs and mine will probably be on tablets for life too. Awww but they are so very cute :o

I have let my diary slip lately as I have been so busy getting the house ready. I am almost done now though so I will get this back on track.

The house is being valued today and for some silly reason I am really nervous. I think it is because I know this is the start of the final chapter of my split. Well that and the divorce. I am not sad as I am still 100% sure that it is what I want but I am a little apprehensive of starting a new life in a new home. The thought of being independent excites me but scares the life out of me as well.

I have finally managed to withdraw £50 from Dooyoo, I can hear Hypno shouting "at last" already and I am aiming to try for another £50 by the end of June so please please please remind me to get my butt in gear lol.

    Thanks hypno.

I think I worry too much about what to review as some things I think of seem really silly but then I see other peoples reviews and realise I shouldnt worry :rotfl:

Valuation all done and by rather a tasty young estate agent lol.

Value is the same as another one we had done but have negotiated much better fees so think I will be going with them. No I wasn't swayed by him and his pretty looks lol.

Going to ring them back this afternoon and get the HIP ordered and then on to the market we go :T

Off for a coffee and to write a dooyoo review before my DD descends chaos on to the house lol
