Have had a really crap day today and feel like I have gone backwards.
My Ex has changed his status on Facebook to single. Now no big thing but we work at the same place so now all the people I work with know. I wasn't hiding it but I didn't feel the need to annouce it to the world.
I have just burst into tears and told him what an insenstive !!!!!!! he is.
He has gone now and I am still in tears. Sounds silly but I am embarassed to be in this situation, I know loads of people split but I never thought it would be me. Maybe I am not as composed about this as I thought.
