  • Hi Doodledo

Hope you're having a good day and the 'mad' nan-in-law was fun ;)

How was mystery shop? (and how do you get to do that btw?)... I would have so much fun as people are usually so rude to me (as I look younger than my age), I'd have so much fun grassing them up to their head offices (mwah ha ha... - evil laugh!:D)

HM soup was good - can send you the recipe - Leek & Potato...mmm

Anyways - work to do- just hope you're well? :)

Hi Littlems, mad Nan was fine and made me a milky coffee and got the best biscuits out so made me feel special lol.

I have managed to borrow a Wii fit (very MSE) and have just done 45 mins on it and had a whale of a time. I can really see me getting into it :p

Sorry forgot to mention about the Mystery Shops. I just signed up too a few sites and you either get emailed details of ones in your area or you go and a website and search for them. All been really easy so far and made around £10 a go so not to be sniffed at. I don't seem to get many though :o

If you want to look into there is a whole thread about it on the Up Your Income board and I think if you wanted I can refer you.

Working from home today so quite a few bits to do so will be a busy day.

My Xmas savings have come through today so can get my last few bits ordered, although not much to buy now. The remainder of the money I am going to put aside for my car tax, mot etc as now I am down to one wage these lovely surprises could have a real impact.

Have applied for AQA so I hoping the application form will come through today so I can get started on that. I have already failed once though but really hoping I can get through as it would be an ideal little money making option for me.

Will go on my WII fit again today as well but will do that this evening once my little girl fast asleep.

I just loved the post about the special biscuits..takes me right back to when mine were little..

  • Hi Doodle

Good news on the xmas savings – and the potential of a bit left over :D. My car tax due end January too – these things all come at once. Starting January I’m putting my car tax money on the post office saver stamps I think – stops me dipping into an account for any ‘emergencies’.

Sorry to ask but what is AQA?

Good plan for wii fit!! I really need to start some evening exercise and you’re encouraging me!

    Have a good day x

    Morning Bob and Littlemms :D

I am liking the idea of stamps for the car tax as it would be easy to dip in to savings wouldn't it.

Morning, blinking cold and frosty here this morning. I am soooooooo a summer person.

Working from home today and have done a bit already :T . Must crack on with some housework this morning as didn't do much yesterday and things are beginning to look a little messy.

Managed another half hour on the Wii fit yesterday and really enjoyed it so I am feeling a little :A

Feel the need for a list today so here goes -

    - Daily clicks & scratchcards - DONE
    - Put washing away - DONE
    - Clear ironing pile - DONE
    - Hoover & dust living room - DONE
    - Clear and clean work surface in kitchen - DONE
    - 3 Dooyoo reviews - DONE
    - Hit £5 for STP and withdraw - DONE
    - Get Xmas tree down from loft :D
    - Put daughters old table up loft and put new one in its place
    - half hour on Wii fit
    - Make payment to Littlewoods and update challenges/sig
    - Start researching for AQA application

Think thats enough for now. I am looking after my 18 month old nephew for a few hours this afternoon too so not sure how much of that I'll get done lol.
